Hilltop Estates (Long Hill Township, NJ)
Majestically sited upon the highest point in Long Hill Township, Hilltop Estates is a stately community of new homes, each with a minimum of 3 acres and all public utilities.
Located within a native hardwood forest, great care has been taken to preserve large stands of trees by developing winding private lanes and not the standard 50’ wide roads. In addition, the 1868 Gothic mansion, owned by the prominent Torrey Family (designer of the Torrey Pines golf course in California), was preserved and remains part of this new development.
Menza & Beissel coordinated planning & development approvals with the National Wildlife Refuge, Great Swamp Watershed Association and the Long Hill Historic Preservation Committee. In turn, our company was recognized by these agencies for their preservation and environmental efforts.
